The hotel was clean and had neat rooms. The property's location was amazing, right by the MTR and great shopping. The staff were outstandingly accommodating people who consistently provided friendly and helpful service.

The location was good and unbeatable - just 5 minutes' walk from Windsor House. Plus, it was just next door to many good shops, restaurants and transport options and all the shopping places.

This hotel is one of the best places I've stayed at in this city, with a great location near a popular bakery, despite some inconvenience.

We didn't feel like leaving, would definitely recommend. The weather was wonderful, had a very special stay on our next HK visit.- There was lots of food for breakfast, including potato and cheese.- Location: the hotel was close to the harbour and public transport of all kinds.

Functional and trendy rooms with great views on the park. Reasonably spacious separate bathroom. Magnificent location, very trendy area, near shopping areas, subway and restaurants and HK and Kowloon. Also, easy to get to Causeway Bay.

Rooms here have a lovely decoration and nice park views that make you feel relaxed. The bed sheets are super soft, just what you need for a good rest. The food is just as good as it gets. And to top it off, the location is right in the heart of everything! 🌲

The room was well-equipped and had a marvelous location, and we really loved having a balcony.

The staff is wonderful. Nothing is ever too much trouble. It is truly a hospitable hotel. Pretty world class for its size. The rooms are generally expansive and the beds are very comfortable. I also like the white on white with the bed linen. Nothing of that dirty rubbish decoration that are thrown on hotel beds these days which you know do not get washed after each guest.
